Day 1: Arrive Delhi

Arrive Delhi in the night, and you will be greeted by our representative at the airport. From there you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi – Agra

In the morning, post-breakfast, you will procedd for a half-day Delhi Tour. Visit the ancient monuments that are a vivid reminder of the Mughal era. The most prominent ones are Qutub Minar, Himayun Tomb. Drive past India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Rajpath and some parts of central Delhi. In the afternoon, drive to Agra en-route visiting Sikandra, where you can see Emperor Akbar's Mausoleum. Sikandra is just 4 kms before Agra. On arrival in Agra, check in at the hotel. Stay overnight at Agra hotel.

Agra owes its fame to the fact that it is home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World-the awe-inspiring Taj Mahal. Agra served as the capital of the Mughal Empire in the 16th and early 17th centuries. The mausoleums, the fort and palaces in Agra speak of great architectural excellence during the time.

Day 3: Agra – Jaipur

In the morning, visit Taj Mahal, the most famous symbol of eternal love. Built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal, her mortal remains are enshrined here. In the latter part of the day, visit Agra Fort built during the reign of Emperor Akbar, in 1565. A marvel in red sandstone, this structure has some of the finest architectural elements complemented by the ornate interiors seen in the Jehangir Mahal, Khas Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and Deewan-e-Am. Later on, drive to Jaipur and en-route stop to visit Fatehpur Sikri (an old deserted town of Mughal Dynasty). You can visit Jama Masjid or ‘Buland Darwaza’, Palace of Queen Jodha Bai and Birbal's (a Minister in the court of Akbar) Palace. Drive further on and reach Jaipur in the evening. On arrival at Jaipur, check in at your hotel.

In the evening visit Chokhi Dhani, an ethnic village resort with several attractions (optional). This resort brings out the vitality of Rajasthani folk culture and young boys in bright clothes can be seen dancing rhythmically during the folk song recital by men and women, dressed in Rajasthan costumes. Camel, horse and bullock cart rides complete the bright atmosphere. Stay overnight at Jaipur hotel.

Day 4: : Jaipur

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, leave for Jaipur Tour. Your first royal experience is ascending the hilltop fortress at Amer on a painted elephant. The imposing Fort is a 16th century marvel built by Maharaja Man Singh and encloses beautifully designed palaces and a temple in marble dedicated to goddess Kali. In the afternoon, set out to explore the ‘pink city’, so called as all its buildings are in pink and reddish tone. Founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II, Jaipur owes its planning to the Shilpa-Shastra, an ancient Hindu treatise on architecture. Visit the Jantar Mantar Observatory situated in the heart of the city. Built in the 1700's (A.D), it speaks of astronomic expertise. Later visit the ornate Hawa Mahal (the Palace of Winds) adorned in pink. The City Palace & its museum is also a must visit and display a rare fusion of Mughal and Hindu architecture. The museum boasts of a unique assortment in paintings, Rajasthani armory and costumes. Stay overnight at Jaipur hotel.

Day 5: Jaipur – Jodhpur

After an early morning breakfast, drive to Jodhpur. Arrive Jodhpur and check in at your hotel. Rest of the evening is free for you to relax. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6: Jodhpur

After having Breakfast at the hotel Proceed for a sightseeing tour of Jodhpur. Jodhpur served as the erstwhile capital of Marwar, the south-western region of Rajasthan. Here everything is a feast of delight for the eyes, be it the imposing Mehrangarh fort or the Jharokhas (windows) of the havelis, the fortresses and palaces show some of the finest examples of Rajput masonry. The foot of the fort has “Jaswanth Thada”, a beautifully carved cenotaph in white marble. Afternoon jeep safari to the picturesque Bishnoi villages where you can experience the rustic Rajasthani life. The drive-through is amazing with black bucks and chinkaras (a species of gazelle) grazing around and migratory birds dotting the skies. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Jodhpur – Udaipur

After breakfast, you will head for Udaipur. Udaipur, often called the ‘Venice of the East’ and known for its natural beauty lights up the imagination. On arrival, check in at the Udaipur hotel. The afternoon can be spent relaxing. In the evening, take a romantic boat ride on Lake Pichola/Fateh Sagar Lake. Later in the evening, visit Sajjan Garh Fort/Monsoon Palace to view the beautiful sunset. Stay overnight at Udaipur hotel.

Day 8: Udaipur

After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Udaipur which has several places of historical importance. Visit the City Palace, a part of which is home to the royal family. The attached museum houses a great collection of artifacts, intricate miniature paintings and sculptures. Take a walk around ‘Sahelion-ki-Bari’, a beautiful garden with fountains and next visit the Jagdish Temple dedicated to Lord Jagannath. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Udaipur hotel.

Day 9: Udaipur – Pushkar/Ajmer

After breakfast leave for Pushkar. The holy city of Rajasthan, Pushkar is also famous for the sole Brahma Temple in India, and the sacred Ghats. After check in at your hotel and some refreshments, leave for a short sightseeing of Pushkar. Stay overnight at Pushkar hotel.

Ajmer is a popular pilgrimage place for both the Muslims and the Hindus. The famous Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti in Ajmer is popular among the Hindus and the Muslims equally. It is the final resting place of the Sufi saint. Besides this Ajmer is an educational and cultural centre. The annual urs at the Dargah is held on a grand scale and attracts pilgrims from all over the world. The city was founded by Raja Ajaipal Chauhan in the 7th century and retained its power till 1193 A.D. when Prithviraj Chauhan lost it to Mohammed Gaur. Ajmer is situated in the heart of desert of Rajasthan and is flanked by the Ana Sagar Lake and the Arvalli hills range.

Day 10: Pushkar/Ajmer – Delhi

In the morning after breakfast check-out from hotel and visit Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti tomb. Later in the afternoon, board Shatabdi Express a popular superfast air-conditioned train to Delhi. Dinner will be served in the train. Reach Delhi and proceed to board the flight for your final destination. Your tour comes to an end here but we hope you will cherish these memories forever.
